The ONLY product that completely destroys any type of sickness almost instantly.. the kick really soothes any irritated or inflamed throat and whatever ingredients is in the elderberry really just helps you out of the lethargy. I use this over anyy over the counter meds any day. it has never failed me. Alhamdulillah for TwoNiles.

LOVE THIS!

I LOVE this stuff! The cayenne gives it such a nice kick! I bought it with all this crazy smoke going around and wanted to keep my lungs and immune system boosted! Definitely will be ordering more for all of the family!

Does have a kick

Wow you can tell it has cayenne pepper in it, took a few days to get use to it. This stuff works.
