Blood Building Herbal Tea

Herbalist Wamda’s Proprietary Blend:
Leading Herbs: Millet Leaf and Hibiscus

1) Add 1 tablespoon of the herbal blood-building tea blend to a pot with 8 oz (1 cup) of water and bring to a gentle boil. Keep the pot covered.

2)Once the color begins to change, remove from heat and add 1 additional tablespoon of the tea.

3)Allow the tea to steep for 15–20 minutes or until it reaches room temperature, as herbal teas take longer to steep than regular teas.

Additional Tips:
For maximum potency, cover and steep the tea overnight; the longer it steeps, the stronger the infusion.

Always allow the tea to cool to room temperature before sipping.
